Orbi app dashboard won’t connect from satellite

When I’m connected to a satellite (RBS350) and I pull up the Orbi app on my iPhone, I get “Unable to connect to router RECONNECT”. If I’m connected to the router (RBR750), the app works fine and I can use the dashboard. The satellites are using backhaul Ethernet, if that makes a difference.

    Are you still experiencing this?

    Can you access the Satellite Web UI? 

    Please provide the router and satellite firmware version and Orbi App version.
