Orbi app not showing connection between router and satelites correctly

Orbi app (on iphone) states that my 3 satelites (3 x RBS50) and my outdoor satelite (1 x RBS50Y) are not connected.
However, when i login via my MacbookPro (orbilogin.com) i see that all satelites are connected.

    Hi PRenier,

May you reinstall the Orbi app and let us know if your issue persists.

Hello, I have the same issue on my App (iPhone). The Network Map in the App shows only 2 of 3 satellites. On the Windows PC it shows the 3rd satellite connected. I have tried to delete the App and re-install it, same results (missing the 3rd satellite).

When the satellite are NOT connected in a series (to each other), then the 3rd satellite appear in the app!??!

Is there a bug in the app?

Hi Christian, i re-installed the Orbi-app several times but that does not help.

In the folowing screeshots, you'll see the status of the Orbi-app (2 images) and on the same time the status on my Macbook Pro via orbilogin.com.

On my Macbookpro everything looks fine with a GOOD connection. On the Orbi-app, when i go to the networkmap, i can see the satelites but with magenta color witch means that there is no connection. Then when i select one of the satelites in this screen, it says that there are 'No connected devices found' and i know for sure that devices are connected to several satelites...
