ORBI app not showing correct info (satellites & connected devices)
Hi, after numerous problems with an RBK753 set up. (Never buying netgear again!) I feel I finally may have ‘some’ stability BUT
THE APP…. My system is working fine touch wood but the app, more specifically the network map, is showing an incorrect link light status on one of my hardwired satellites. Also no devices show on any of the satellites or router! I can only see them in device manager
I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but it’s the exact same. Am loathed to reboot the system again incase I induce more failures to this appalling system.
Has anyone has the same app inconsistencies? And can advise a fix?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

What FW is loaded on the Orbi system?
Try a different mobile device to install Orbi app on and compare results...
