Orbi App on my IPhone that it keeps going on and off trying to reload

I have a Orbi 850 system, I noticed recently that when I go into my Orbi App on my IPhone that it keeps going on and off trying to reload, after a while then it stay on the Orbi App, what does anyone suggest I can do please 🙏&nbsp;

What iOS version is on the phone?
