Orbi app says router is connected to internet but does not show any devices connected
Orbi app says router is connected to internet but does not show any devices connected. When a devices tried to connect it says network not available.

What version of Orbi app do you have installed?
What mobile platform do you have Orbi app installed on? Apple or Android? Both?
What model number Orbi system do you have?
What brand and model# ISP modem or ONT is the Orbi system connected too?
