ORBI app v. 2.9.6

Since updating my iPad and iPhone ORBI apps to v. 2.9.6, I can't use the app. It won't let me log in, and keeps taking me back to the same login page, which will not accept my email or password. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but had the same problems. The ORBI app v. 2.9.5 still works fine. Has anyone else had a similar problem with the 2.9.6 update?
