Orbi app will not let me log in as I have new phone and email address

Hi, I have a different phone now. The email address i used to set up the orbi app is shut off. I went to my netgear account and changed my email. When i log into my orbi app. It uses my new email that I changed in the netgear account. Then sends me an sms that does not reconize my new phone. I use try different method and it send an email to the old email address that I had shut down with my internet provider. How do I get it to send it to my new email address?  Can I just make a new account and start from scatch with my router and mesh network or will it give me problems beings it will want me to register and scan my qr codes.

    My understanding is that Netgear does not have a method for customers to deal with this sort of problem.

    What seems to have been successful in the past is for customers to send a private message to a forum moderator by clicking on their screen name. i.e.  Blanca_O  , Explain the situation, including the serial number of the Orbi and the past and current email addresses.

        I sent an email to @Blanca_O  3 days ago and still have not heard a thing. Is this moderator still working here?
