Orbi App Won’t Move Some Devices Into/Out of Profiles

Question

I have different profiles setup for different device types on my network and since an update or two ago, the app will randomly error when I try to move some devices between profiles. Others move just fine, some will give me a repeated “unable to add device to profile” error.

I’ve updated the router to the latest firmware (v7.2.7.15) and my app is up to date as of a few minutes ago.

Could be a bug - found out I can move them to the first profile in my list. Once they are moved there, I can move them to any profile I want.&nbsp;
