Orbi App Won’t Move Some Devices Into/Out of Profiles

I have different profiles setup for different device types on my network and since an update or two ago, the app will randomly error when I try to move some devices between profiles.  Others move just fine, some will give me a repeated “unable to add device to profile” error. 

I’ve updated the router to the latest firmware (v7.2.7.15) and my app is up to date as of a few minutes ago.

    Could be a bug - found out I can move them to the first profile in my list. Once they are moved there, I can move them to any profile I want.

      I have a RBR850 router and two satellites.  I’m very new to this. The three pods are on different floors. But my devices seem to all be on the router. Logically some devices should be on one of the two other mesh units. But in profile I see only the “home” location. How can I move things.
