Orbi App wont recognise my ORBI RBR20

Had the Orbi RBR 20 with 2 satalittes for about 3 months now, it's been a mixed experience to say the least. Dont think Id buy another one.

 

Latest issue is that the Orbi app now wont recognise the orbi device 'Device not found' enough though I am on the correct network and accessing the internet fine through the wifi. I can access settings through a desktop browser. I have reinstalled the app, restarted the device. So short of trying to reset it up again any thoughts out there?

 

Only change I can think is that I a have upgraded my iPhone to iOS 14 beta but it was working fine on that until a few days ago.

  • What modem/gateway are you connected to? 

    What firmware is on the router and the satellites?

      Hi, thanks for the reply. 

       

      The Orbi router is connected via AP mode to a Virgin Super Hub 3.

      FM on router and satellites is V2.5.1.16

       

      Inititally I had problems with the Orbi rebooting a couple of times a day and via netgear support reset it up via the browser and into AP mode which solved that issue although it all reboots a couple of times a week still.
