ORBI application issue
First ORBI system was active on the ORBI application, was able to view all details. We purchased a second system for a Delaware location; application dropped our first, although picked up our second...
ORBI application did display first system with all details, when second system set up first location system was dropped. ORBI application does not indicate/show a second location. I am unable to determine any issues without access to the second file. I did call Netgear to verify a second system would not impact my original. Technician advised all would be OK, NOT SO since I am missing my original set up
