So you have two 370 series systems?

Yes, RBE370 for New Jersey, RBE370 for Delaware currently only the Delaware location is visible on the ORBI application. My concern is not being able to check on the New Jersey system while also having the ability to view Delaware.

Something to submit a bug report or contact NG support and ask about if two same model systems are supported on the Orbi app at two different locations. I would think it should be. I've not had two same model systems connected at one time in two different locations.

I presume you have Anywhere Access enabled on the Orbi app for both systems? Might have to get to the other location and disable AA then re-enable it.
