Appreciate all the assistance, with the 2nd ORBI system, we did use the application option (set up a new orbi system). Seems the application only recognizing the last system installed.

You may need to get to the other system and connect your mobile device there. While there disable AA then re-enable it. I have noticed this when having two systems online, that one of them doesn't get fully accessible until you do this odd routine. I Just put a different Orib system online, Orbi app only sees the prior one that was removed so I'll have to get the phone re-connnected to the new system locally, then cycle AA off then back ON. Will get access then.
