Many thanks to all the participants for your cooperation and suggestions to resolve my issue.
I set up my first ORBI system in December, in March I set up my second ORBI system which started my application issues. Prior to adding my second ORBI system I did inquiry of ORBI if a second system would cause issues with my first system, representative indicated no, which did not ring true.
Setting up my second system I did not realize the ORBI automatically activated the "any where access" this was my issue. Returning to the second system location ORBI tech walked me thru how to disable "any where access" which allowed the ORBI application to show both systems. My hope is future inquires with this issue will benefit from my system resolution. I have requested ORBI leave the case open for two days to endure my resolve is permanent.
