Orbi AX1800 WiFi app issues
Hi there I am unable to login to my iPhone app now to manage my Orbi AX1800 WiFi 6 Dual-band Mesh Router. I was able to get in before but now I can’t. I deleted the app and downloaded it again - this time I took me through a new look and feel app. So I went through the steps and came across the admin login and I tried the default ‘password’ but it won’t let me. Can someone help me please?

There are not many Orbi AX1800 systems - just one "series" RBK352/353/354 consisting of a RBR350 Router and one or more RBS320 Satellites.

And of course, as has already mentioned, the admin password remains as set before - as this is not a new install or a factory reset config where the default password is password. For an App updatie, I can't see any reason for uninstalling the App before.
The App Settings (containing the previously set admin password ...) can typically be restored, either direct on the iOS device, or from the iCloud backup, isn't it? Or does my more Android-oriented mind is missing something?

Use the same admin and log in password as what you use on the RBRs web page in a web browser in the Orbi app.
Which RBK model system do you have?
