Orbi Netgear app CDIL-API-FAIL
Orbi Netgear app will not show devices or parental controls anymore, it just spins the loading page and gives CDIL-API-FAIL error. I have uninstalled and installed and it still won’t work. I have tried both my app and my wife’s. Anybody have a fix for this?

I am getting the same error message as above 'CDIL-APL-FAIL'. I don't see any answers in the conversations as to what is causing it and how to fix it. I tried using the app to fix it and it can't connect to the Internet. Had this issue in February after power outage, same as today. Power was out for 15 minutes last night, now it won't work. Is this just a piece of crap and I have to buy a new router????

This issue has returned a second time. My original case ID was 43924391. I believe a recent recommended firmware update has re-created this issue.
Apple App version 2.9.0.13
Firmware Version V2.7.2.104
I have an active Armor Security subscription. It is no longer activated and I cannot activate it.
I have no devices listed on the Orbi app.
I would very much appreciate any help I can get.
