Orbi Not Recognizing MySecurity Answers
For some reason my login password is not working so I have tried to change it using my serial number but the answers to my security questions are not recognized either. I have not changed them from ...
If you didn't setup the security questions, it still asks even though there isn't a correct answer. Plus they're case sensitive.
If you can't get in that route, you'd need to factory reset and reinstall to get back in.
I forgot to mention, when I enter my answers with the correct spelling, the caps change to lower case when I tab to the next field or press enter. Toget around that, I have typed it in a document and cut and pasted but still no luck. But why would the program act like that?
