Orbi Not Recognizing MySecurity Answers

For some reason my login password is not working so I have tried to change it using my serial number but the answers to my security questions are not recognized either.  I have not changed them from ...

I have the answers written down and thinking maybe I did/didn't capitalize them as written, so I tried it with various configurations but no luck.

I understand that you are not able to use your security questions to gain access to your Orbi Mesh system. In this case, you will need to reset your Orbi router to gain access to your system (as mentioned by plemans).
