I have the same issues and others. My iOS auto updated last night to 18.4.1 and I can no longer access my orbi app. It asked me for the admin credentials which I gave and then it reported a “login timeout” error. Apparently I had blocked my son’s iPad and he needed to do some last minute schoolwork this morning on it. What an unpleasant morning this has been. I can access the website from my computer and I tried to unblock him that way. But he’s still blocked. I think because I need my app to unblock him too. Anyway I can’t get in my app. Following an article on netgear I deleted the app, reinstalled the app, and now I’m still getting the same admin/PW request together with the “login timeout” error. Is there a workaround? Is orbi going to update the app? I now can’t see or do anything with it since I deleted it and reinstalled it and stuck with the inability to move past the admin/pw page with an erroneous timeout error issue. Do advise how to get past this. Thanks.

vrai1024, you can use the website to unblock your son's iPad. I manage my MAC addresses as well and have had to use the website to make adjustments and it works fine. The UI is a bit different so make sure you are making the change and saving. It works every time for me.
It would be nice to have the app working as I get tired of going to my office to make fixes when it can be easily done from the phone but that is where we are at.

I would far and away prefer the app updating but now mine is totally useless since I deleted/reinstalled following instructions on a netgear help page. Maybe orbi will push an app update soon. Anyway thanks again for the reminder to save the changes online. And I am glad to know I’m not the only one having these problems since iOS 18.4.1

I actually had the problem show its ugly head when I upgraded to 18.4. My post here actually got me in touch with Tier 2 NG support who indicated it was a known issue and the hoped to have a fix before the end of the month. Needless to say, they haven't provided one but this is where I say they need to update everyone and reset expectations. Leaving customers hanging, I don't care if this is the way it is done, is wrong. With tech today, it is easy to notify customers with affected s/w or h/w status of the situation. We paid good money for something and when it doesn't work, as sold to us, there needs to be communications.
I hope you are able to use the web I/F to solve your current issue. It should work.

Agree with buzzoff. I get bombarded with far too much information, far too often, trying to sell me the latest Orbi Mesh system. Wish NG would put a small portion of that communication effort into supporting their existing products and their existing customer base.

If you have SPC or Access controls enabled, If you don't see access controls on the routers web page, then you'll need to factory reset and Orbi system and setup from scratch using a PC/Laptop and a web browser: https://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface

Can setup using same SSID names and passwords so your devices will reconnect.
Don't use Orbi app for now.

AmandaDawn00, Go to http://www.orbilogin.com (sometimes this doesn't work for me so I go to 192.168.1.1. Login there and go to ADVANCED then SECURITY then ACCESS CONTROL and you can block or unblock there (if you are using ACCESS Control).
