Orbi satellite network map

I’ve noticed that the satellites are showing up as connected, however on the network map they are not.  I already deleted the app and reinstalled, so what next?  Thank you

    What mobile platform are you using? Apple Or Android? 

    What model Orbi system is this? 

    What Orbi app version are you using?
