Orbi satellite RBS50V2 no longer showing up in Orbi AP
I have had my Orbi RBR50V2 system for over 2 years and now all of a sudden the Orbi satellite RBS50V2 does not show up in Network map. Any suggestions.

It would be helpful to know if the satellite appears on the Orbi web interface, Attached Devices page.
See page 98 of the User Manual:

On the Device Manager screen, do any devices appear to be connected to that satellite?
If you power the satellite off and then back on again, does the light at the top turn Blue for 3 minutes or magenta?
- GOING-ORBITALAspirantIt shows that the satellite is attached and it does show that there are devices running off of the satellite. It’s just not showing up on the app.
Does not give a person much confidence in the 'app'. This has been reported on the forum a number of times. I do not recall anything that the user can do to change it.
What FW version is loaded on the RBS and RBR?
Might submit a bug report:
- GOING-ORBITALAspirantI checked both the app and the online utility and the firmware is up-to-date. I have rebooted the router. I have rebooted the satellite three times. I have deleted my app twice. Nothing seems to be working. It’s up to Netgear to fix their app and obviously they don’t want to invest the money into it.
You may need to factory reset the system and setup from scratch using the Orbi app. Try a new system setup with in the Orbi app.
