I have gone through the complete setup. I have the ORBI39 internet on my phone & it works. At the last stage of set up I get a message, "Check the Ethernet Cable" & ensure that you plugged one end of the Ethernet cable into the router's internet port & the other end into your cable modem. I watched the set up video & did this. The cable provided is in the yellow slot on the Router as instructed, there are 4 slots in the Cable 1 modum. I have tried all 4 & I can't get it to work. Any suggestions? I can't complete the set-up & it seems I have done everything required. Thank you.

What modem are you using? is it a combo device? If so, you'll want either the combo device in passthrough/modem only mode or the Orbi in AP mode.

Hi, thanks for the answer. I have the router and also a satellite for another part of the house. I will take a look at the videos you sent.
