ORBI43

Why is the app saying im off-line; yet all other devised (except my cell phone) are connected?  This is really two questions, why is the app saying off-line?  Why is my cell phone the only devise that is not staying connected?  When it does go on-line, my phone has a yellow dot next to it, while the other devises are green.  So frustrated and ready to return, it has caused more issues than satisfaction.

    Have you tried reinstalling the Orbi app? Can you let us know what app version of the Orbi app you have installed for us to look further.
