Many users have been complaining about the app displaying wrong information. I experienced it myself. It may be possibe an app update has bugs. I don't know for sure. What does it show when you go to orbilogon.com?
To test the outdoor Orbi, you could stand near it a perform a speed test.

I would trust the Orbi web interface over the "app".

Yes orbilogon.com is wrong, meant to type orbilogin.com
orbilogon.com, orbilogon.net as well as routerlogin.net and routerlogin.com gives the same GUI results.

the website shows it online just like the app does when i look at my network. the standalone 'outdoor orbi' section on the app must just be messed up.
Please post about this in the Orbi app forum:

Good Luck.
