Parental Controls RBR 850
I have parental controls on and 2 devices continue to show up with a gray dot as if they are offline, yet they both are connected to wifi to the same network that my orbi is monitoring and are able to bypass all of my parental controls, how is this possible?

And what are these devices that show up as gray dot?
Can you post a screen capture to see?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
