RB20 - network map issue
Hi all having an issue with the Orbi app where the Internet and router turn red but I still have Internet connection. And my devices are not switching to the nearest satalite.
Its configured to AP mode as I am with Sky fibre
Any ideas? I've tried reboot and on and off again

I understand that you are having issues with Wi-Fi speeds and satellite compatibility within your network.
Please do the following
- Reset your RBK20 system.
- Ensure your Router and satellites are on the latest firmware.

Im having the same experience so would love to know what it means
