RBE971 Wrong Satellite Count
Dear Community, Following to an RMA I received a replacement RBE971 , only router without satellite. After the installation in Orbi App (iOS), it showed (1/2 Satellites) and the UI shows (...
In addition to the Factory Reset, it might be a good idea to delete and reinstall the Orbi 'app'.
Does this replacement router now appear as registered to your Netgear account?
The replacement router is seen as registered in my NG account.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Orbi iOS app and I see now correct satellite count
