For some reason I am able to create my profile at the Orbi app. But can’t get to the setup screen that allows me to create password and etc. I arrive at the screen with the user name admin. The password, password does not work. I enter on Forgot Password and get a 404 message. Called Support. Talked to a support person whose phone was static and his English was difficult to understand. He gets to my computer remotely and then tells me that it is a internet problem and he can solve it for $149.49. He would need to install some other program. What a fool. Has anyone had this problem?

Can you access the router settings via browser (orbilogin.com)
Please ensure that the password you created meet the requirement as follows:
- No more than two like continuous characters
- 1 Upper Case
- 1 Lower Case
- 1 Number
- 1 Special CharacterRegards,
