RBK23 UNABLE TO ACCESS APP WITH ADMIN INFO
I'm more fustrated than I was two days ago. Couldn't log into the app when "Admin" was the default and I used the correct password (wrote it down when I created it). Then I receive an email from you all indicating that the product was registered on 4/22/2020 and that I should have received an email with a password. I never received one which is why I created it. I am stalled on using this and getting more frustrated by the day.

Hello T-E-R,
May you factory reset the Orbi units by pressing down on the reset button for 15+ seconds. A successful factory reset should prompt you to run through the setup assistant again. You may run through the setup assistant using the Orbi app or web browser. Please use the default credentials to login when going through the setup assistant.
Username: admin
Password: password
