RBK50V and Orbi app

I have opened an email case, but I thought I would post here as well. The Orbi app generates an error when I try to access the Voice satellite: "Something went wrong. Please try again." I have:

-Restarted the satellite

-Re-booted the router

-Exited and restarted the Android app (Galaxy Note 10+)

-Restarted the phone

-Deleted and re-installed the app

-Installed the IOS app (iPad Air 2)

Always the same result: Something went wrong. Please try again.

Router is RBR50 and I also have an RBS50 satellite connected.  The app does see all three devices and when I log in to the router through a web page, I can see all the devices connected to the main router and satellites. The web page says to continue setting up the Voice satellite in the Orbi app, but I do not see any option to continute setup. Everything seems to be working except the app errors when trying to access the Voice satellite. As a result, I am unable to set up Alexa services on the device.

Any assistance is appreciated!

Thank you.

Christian, thanks so much for your interest and response. I rebooted the satellite a second time and that seemed to resolve the problem. The satellite connected after the reboot.

    Hello Ronaldv55,

Welcome to the community! May you try performing a factory reset on the RBK50V by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds. Furthermore, have you been able to get in contact with support yet regarding your case?

    Regards,

    Christian
