My satellites appear to have been synched but show as offline in orbi app. How do u tell if they are working properly?

They appear connected in the orbi app but do not know if they are also synced. In the app it says they r offline.

What does it look like on the RBRs web page under Connected Devices?

They appear to be connected in the system but when I go into the satellites, they say no connected devices found and show as offline.

Can you post a screen capture of the RBS web page?&nbsp;
Edit out the SSID name before posting.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 📡
