Does this serial number appear as registered to you on my.netgear.com?

I checked my.netgear.com and don't have any products registered.
I bought the product brand new from Costco or BestBuy and it didn't look used. I've been using it for over 2 years but never tried to set up Anywhere Access before now.
When I tried to register my Orbi I got the following, so I've contacted NETGEAR Support.

Oh, fudge. Whoever returned it to Costco must have registered the product. (SO annoying!)
Yes, only Netgear can resolve this.
