RBR20 cant download anything and orbi app is not working

Cant download anything, cant log into orbi app anymore not working and i cant reset my password because the admin and password will not work and it keeps saying my answer to my security questioins are wrong.

    If you can't log into the router at all because its saying your login and password aren't correct and your security questions aren't correct, it might be time to reset it. 

    You can always try the defaults (login admin, password is password). If these don't work and yours don't work, something must have gotten corrupted. Again, try resetting back to factory (hold reset for 7-10 seconds) if this is the case.

      I have the same issues with my RBR20 over and over and over again. I reset to factory settings, re-setup everything then next time I want to update firmware, add a guest network or change a password, I am denied access.  The only solution is to reset to factory settiings. I'm returning Netgear's RBR20 to Costco and looking for any non-orbi alternative.
