RBR20 Orbi 3 band Mesh connecting to a 2.4G Arlo Doorbell to separate band
I have an Orbi RBR 20 3 band Mesh system. I recently upgraded the non Orbi Modem to 5G and I cannot connect an Arlo video doorbell to to the Orbi system . The Arlo doorbell only can connect with 2.4 G. It was connecting before I upgraded the modem. I have read Netgear made a Statement saying "SSID separation for these wifi bands is under consideration for future implementation ....." does anyone know if this has happened or if there is a way to connect the 2.4 G doorbell to the 2.4G band on the Orbi?

Please explain this in more detail. What modem was being used before and what is the new modem?
If the Arlo doorbell was connected to the Orbi WiFi system before the modem upgrade, it should remain connected.
I've connected gen 1 and gen 2 Arlo doorbells to my orbi. I don't think its a wireless issue.
What "modem" did you setup to the orbi?
