Question

Is anyone having issues with the ORBI app when trying to connect to an RBR20 Orbi router?&nbsp; Keeps telling me I am offline when I am on anywhere connect and now local.&nbsp; I have rebooted the router and modem, no change.

It is often useful to know which platform the Orbi app is running on. (Apple or Android?)

Android.&nbsp; I am a total ludite when it comes to these technical issues and gadgets.&nbsp; I had to get someone to come in and setup the Orbi system because I couldn't get it to work when I tried.&nbsp; I don't really understand how the router and the SIP modem 'talk to each other' and am generally to scared to even reboot the system in case I lose connection.
