RBR50 verification methods email change
I'm trying to use my iPhone Netgear app, I've entered my correct account email address & password, and then it takes me to the Verification Methods screen where it gives me two options: SMS MESSAGE and EMAIL ADDRESS. I've tried numerous times for the text option because the listed email address is an old work email address which I no longer have access to since I don't work at this company.
How do I change this verification email address since text messages have not been going through for me verify? Is there something that I need to change to allow for text messages to be sent in my Netgear Account profile? Please let me know and thank you.

You will have to go to netgear.com, log into your Netgear account and change it in your profile, (manage profile).

I changed my email to my personal gmail address, I signed out and logged back in on my computer using this address, and I still get the old email address for the verification methods and checking the SMS message & clicking "continue" doesn't work. Any additional ideas. I miss my Orbi Genie app features Thanks.
