RBR750
Hello there,
this forum is sort of my last hope. I purchased an Orbi RBR50 about 60 months ago. After roughly a day, the orbi app would stop working and tell me I'm not connected to the network, but without a doubt, I am connected.
after months of trying to get help from netgear support, I was unsuccessful in fixing the issue. I returned the system.
I just purchased the RBR750 in hopes it would work. It did! For a day, but now the app again says I'm not connected to the network.
If I do a new system setup, the app will again work for about a day, then eventually go back to telling me I'm not connected to the network.
I've tried placing the router in AP mode but that didn't help.

Hi Garret,
May you let us know the current Orbi app version and whether your phone is on iOS 14 or not or if you have an android?
