RBR850 firmware not updating

Question

Hi, my Orbi RBR850 shows that it's running firmware version

V4.6.3.16_2.0.51

According to the website at https://www.netgear.com/support/product/rbr850.aspx#RBR850%20(Orbi%20Router)%20Firmware%20Version%204.6.7.13 the latest version is 4.6.7.13 - so my firmware is way behind the latest release. But if I try to update, both the ORBI app and orbilogin.com tell me that the firmware is up to date.

This version may not have been put up on NG services for auto update. You can manually update if you feel the need too.&nbsp;

Thanks; if it works don’t fix it was my thought too, though with firmware I do worry that I might be missing on improvements to security and performance. Odder still is that the satellite (which works perfectly well) can no longer be found, though it appears as green in the app

It does, but with the message&nbsp;Backhaul status: OUT OF SYNCI'm trying a reset on the satellite.&nbsp;

I see that as well and usually turns to GOOD after a few minutes.&nbsp;
