Same problem here. I cannot login to my Router with my Netgear UID/Pwd via the Orbi App.
I am sure my UID/Pwd is correct because I can login to this forum and type this message.

But sending one-time password does not mean the problem is solved.
We should able to login using our UID/Pwd.
It might be worth a few minutes to test what happens when Netgear sends a one-time password.
i.e. after using the one-time password to log in, if you quit the app, restart the smartphone/tablet, and then open the app.......????
How was the system setup initially? Orbi app or thru the RBRs web page?
I've never seen this issue while using the RBRs web page to set up the system.

Orbi app has always logged in fine. Apple or Android.
