I understand that you are experincing issues using the Orbi App with your Orbi 870. Please uninstall your Orbi app then reset your network settings on your mobile device. After successfully reseting the network settings on your mobile device connect to your Orbi network then reinstall the Orbi app. Please keep us updated on the progression of this issue!
