Re: Orbi app says no internet connection when there is and it works.
I’m also having this, among other problems. The app says there is no internet connect and I have 0 satellites connected, but I’m currently connected to it now on my phone, while my Roku is streaming from the same connection.
When I touch the 3 lines in the upper left of the app for other functions, it says “RBR50 connected locally”. What does that mean and why does the main page of the app say it is not connected to the Internet? (When it actually is)

Can you post a screen capture of what your seeing here please?
Be sure Orbi app is up to date.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
