Senior needs help with Netgear Orbi APP

So If I understand correctly, if I have the correct log-in information, I will be able to log into the app, & the app will work on both both phones the same?
Please forgive my ignorance but I'm not sure what you mean by: "There is a NG account log in that has to be entered first, then the log in for the RBR, that's a admin user name then password that was set on the RBR for it's web page log in that is same."
And what does "Make sure you phone is not using any Mac addressing randomizers." (again, sorry for being clueless)
Yes.
There is a Netgear account that is separate from the Orbi user name. This is tied to the Orbi system. This is seen here:
https://www.netgear.com/support/ Select the top right hand corner of the web page for this.
This is what Orbi app will connect to first, then will have you input the Orbi router log in information after that.
