Senior needs help with Netgear Orbi APP
Hello! We've got a some used, but working, Netgear Orbi RBS 750 Mesh router and 3 satellites. I'm pretty old & not too proficient with technology so my son set everything up on the app on his phone. ...

Thanks FURRYe38!
So If I understand correctly, if I have the correct log-in information, I will be able to log into the app, & the app will work on both both phones the same?
Please forgive my ignorance but I'm not sure what you mean by: "There is a NG account log in that has to be entered first, then the log in for the RBR, that's a admin user name then password that was set on the RBR for it's web page log in that is same."
And what does "Make sure you phone is not using any Mac addressing randomizers." (again, sorry for being clueless)

As FURRYe38 says, you need to first log into the Orbi app with a Netgear account. You can just use your community forum account for that (login is the email address associated with your community account, with the community account password).
Then when you access the router, you use "admin" for the username and the router password. No idea why you need both, that just adds some unneeded friction.

MAC addresses used to uniquely identify the device - baked into the wifi and ethernet chip. That can reduce privacy, so more recently phones and PCs began randomizing those addresses.
This randomization can get in the way if you use parental controls, reserve IP addresses, or use MAC access controls to limit what devices can connect to your network. If you don't use that stuff, then you don't need to worry about about randomization (and can forget all about this topic!). If you do use those things, then some resources on this are here:
