SOS. Please help!! Kids have online school tomorrow!

Question

I cannot get my internet working for the life of me and I'm not technologically savvy att all. I reset Orbi router to factory standards to &nbsp; the whole process over again and everything connected except for the internet. I refreshed the modem to no avail and every time it tries to connect to the internet its asking for a static IP address or PPPoE, I have no idea what those would be if we have them or where to find out if we did.. I really need to. Get this set up as my kids have online schooling and they've already missed a day with me trying to fix this for the better part of a day! Please HELP!

Modem is ARRIS dual band WiFi and ISP Comcast xfinity

It means you have 2 active routers on your network. The 2 easiest options?1. Place the Orbi in AP mode (access point). this turns off its routing features and lets the arris handle routing. wireless and ethernet still work fine.2.
