Speed Test in Orbi App IOS

My actuall Model is not listed up there. RBK753S-100NAS (Firmware Version
V3.2.16.22_1.4.) purchased from Costco. The speed test refuses to work on the App(IOS). I have reset the modem (Not Factory), uninstalled the app, and who knows what else. It refuses to work. It does work via the web login. Weird. I dont want to Factory rest it if that isnt going to solve the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Picture attached shows what it says/does.

    We have received some feedback that factory resetting the Orbi system helps address the issue.

      I have the same problem. Please tell me why a factory reset would be necessary for a wireless router that costs over $500? This is unacceptable.

        Same issue here.  Worked fine and has stopped working via app. 

  • Why can't you fix this, Orbi?  This problem has been going on for MONTHS!!!!  

    Having paid $1000+ for this system, I should not have to reset the damn thing on an ongoing, regular basis just to keep it functional! Pathetic!
