I have the Orbi AXE11000 Quad-Band WiFi 6E Router (RBRE960) with two satellites.

At the moment I am unable to access the system settings, however I try:

Web interface, fails to respond.
Orbi access on home network, error: "We can't find Orbi."
Orbi app outside the home, error: "We can't find your Orbi"

The mobile app looks like it just updated, and on iOS is now at version 2.45.1 but note the web interface also isn't responding....

The actual Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity is all working OK. I just can't change any setting.

I am loathe to hard reset the system because I do not have a recent configuration backup and also because unless I understand how this has happened I worry about it just breaking again in the same way.

What has caused this and how can I resolve?

I read elsewhere that this is because of a firmware problem (?) and that it's possible for Netgear to push an updated firmeware out. Is this the case, and if so how can I get that to happen?

(There seems to be no way for me to contact Netgear as the product is three years old which is really frustrating when the software goes wrong through no fault of mine)

Or, is there any way for me to manually update the firmware without access to the web interface?
