I am unable to block internet/wifi access to connected devices using the orbi app. The status appears as "Blocked" under access control for a device which I want to block. Inspite of this status, the device has access to internet and continues to operate.Product Model: RBR850Orbi App - IphoneOrbi Web - Chrome

I updated the latest firmware to refresh the system of some bad file errors. https://kb.netgear.com/31573/How-do-I-manually-upgrade-firmware-on-my-Orbi-router-using-orbilogin-comYou will need a wired connection to your router. Please update the satellite first and then the router. This fixed the issue.

You will need a wired connection to your router. Please update the satellite first and then the router. This fixed the issue.

I am having the same issue, just set up new RBR753s (costco) system yesterday and have the same issue. Slide switch in app over to pause/disconnect internet for a specific device but devices stays connected. Firmware is updated and rebooted the system after set up.
