Wired Devices not showing on Orbi App

What Orbi system model do you have?
What firmware version is loaded on the system?
What model# additional satellite did you get?
Does the playstaions connect to the RBR and are seen there?
Are the game consoles seen on the RBRs web page at all?

The firmware is the same on the main and the two satellites - V10.5.20.7
The Playstations connect both wired and wireless but dont show up on the app or web page if wired. However, my Hive Hub is wired to the Main Router and it appears on both the App and the Web Page. so it seems to be anything hardwired to the satellites
