5Ghz channel
Is there a way to change this channel in Orbi353 please?

Yes. Logging in to the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1 and select the Basic Tab/Wireless settings.

In Wireless, the 5Ghz option is "greyed out" as 108 (DFS) and I cannot change it.
Are you able to change the other 5Ghz channels? 36-48?

Alas, no. The 350 series product is a "Dual Band" rather than a "Tri Band" of the other Orbi AX models. That means the User facing 5G channel uses the same frequency as the 5G connection to the router ('backhaul'). This makes the RBS350 satellites compatible with the rest of the Orbi AX product line. From page 128 of the user manual:

Using fewer radios and antennas makes the product less costly to manufacture and provides a less expensive option for owners of the other AX systems to add more coverage.
There are numerous articles on the internet describing how few of the hundreds of WiFi 5G channels are actually available to unlicensed use (i.e. people who purchase residential WiFi routers).
