750 issue and cox?

Had an issue with ring last night to which they recommended rebooting our router due to latency issues. Did so, and it wouldn’t come back up. Been out for almost 24 hours now. Cox has no issues on their end but a tech can’t come out til tomorrow.

My orbi doesn’t seem to be able to get an IP from cox. It doesn’t look like latest firmware is the issue as it shows me having 3.2.18 as my version.

  • What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

  • Similar issue with Cox. After many calls, and even a replacement cbr750 from Amazon (per Netgear support suggestion) I’m still having issues. I called netgear support again and they said they’ve received a lot of calls about this model and Cox. They are supposed to call me back tomorrow to gather more data but I have no clue how quickly they fix issues like this….
