Airprint not working with Netgear ORBI RBR850

Hi Guys,

I am wondering if you guys could help me here. I have encounter issue with Airprint using the newly purchased Netgear ORBI RBR850 router with 2 satelites RBS850. Airprint doesn't works on all my iphones and ipad. My printer is Epson L6190. I have no issue with airprint previously using Google Router. I connected another Canon Sephy printer and airrpint able to locate it immediately. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps including approaching netgear support but to no avail. Troubleshooting steps as following.

  1. Turn on only 2.4Ghz and disable 5Ghz as the printer is running on 2.4Ghz.
  2. Disable AX function
  3. Disable Netgear armor
  4. Changing the router from Router mode to AP mode.
  5. Enabling RIP_2M
  6. Changing the channel of 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz
  7. Reducing 5Ghz strength to 50%
  8. Resetting the printer and all the routers and satelite.
  9. Changing CTS / RTS value to 2304
  10. Making sure all fireware of router and satelite are up to date.
  11. Reflash the firmware although it is the same version.

Am wondering if anyone can help to resolve this issue? Or is there a compatibility issue between Netgear and Epson?

This isn't an Airprint issue - much more it looks like your Epson printer does fail to associate to the network, typical cause are additional bits and radio data because of the Wi-Fi 6 and/or the Mesh (802.11k/v) bits. Not the first WiFi client having compatibility issues, and not the last one. Head out to Epson...

Thanks Furry. But I did see the device under dashboard of netgear router. With IP assigned to it.

Probable need to run thru the setup and configuration of the printer drivers to ensure they are pointed to the right IP address. Again, check out Espons support site for information and additional help on this.
